Upcoming Road Closure: Main and Tegner

Turlock, CA | November 7, 2025 — The City of Turlock is notifying the public of a planned closure impacting eastbound, westbound, and northbound traffic on the West Main and South Tegner intersection. Please refer to the attached Exhibit A for your visual reference.

From November 10 through December 19, 2025, this intersection will be fully closed to traffic while United Pavement Maintenance completes the installation of traffic signal, roadway reconstruction, utility improvements, and related work.

During this closure, the intersection will be fully closed to traffic to allow crews to safely perform the following activities. Detours will be clearly posted, and drivers are advised to use alternate routes and exercise caution near the construction area.

• Northbound Tegner Rd: Detour east to Spengler Way, north to Kilroy Dr, west on Main St, then north on Dianne Dr
  
• Westbound Main St: Detour north to Dianne Dr, west to Fulkerth Rd, south to Fransil Ln
  
• Eastbound Main St: Detour north to Fransil Ln, east to Fulkerth Rd, south to Dianne Dr
  

The City of Turlock is implementing this project to improve traffic safety, efficiency, and infrastructure in the area.
